底薪3000转正提成，五险
岗位职责：
1、按公司售后规定流程处理客户投诉并及时与客户沟通反馈处理结果；
2、协助上级处理区域售后问题，并跟进工厂物流事项；
3、售后表格文件统计、分析处理，主动回访客户，提升售后满意度。
任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，电脑操作熟练，具有一定文职类或客服跟单方面工作经验；
2、工作认真仔细，责任心强，并且具良好的沟通能力、及客户服务意识 。
